  • Tickets can only be purchased on-line; NO CASH is being accepted at the tournament entrances.

  • Once your ticket has been purchased, you will receive QR code which can be scanned at any gate in exchange for a wristband.
There is a 4-game guarantee, and we have three divisions.

  • Division 1: The top 4 teams in Division 1 will playoff, three total games on Saturday, March 22nd . #1 seed vs. #4 seed then #2 seed vs. #3 seed and then the winners play in the championship.
  • Division 2: the #1 and #2 seeds will play for the championship. The #3 and #4 seed will get one extra game on Saturday, March 22nd.
  • Division 3: The top two seeds in Division 3 will play for the championship on Saturday, March 22nd .
Arm care is very important. 
  • The maximum number of pitches per player for the tournament is 130.
  • The maximum number of pitches per day to be able to throw the next day is 40. 
  • We will forward a link where you can enter in pitcher names, pitch counts and game scores so you can see everyone’s results and seeding possibilities.
  • Bring turf shoes/rubber molded cleats to all games.
  • Players must wear turf molded cleats or turf shoes. 
  • No metal spikes allowed on any field (except on the Division 3 – Field 3 which is a dirt field). 
  • No sunflower seeds.
  • Game length is 7 innings subject to the time limit and run rule. 
  • No new inning may start after 1:40 for Division 1 and 2 (Drop Dead 2:10, and revert back to the previous completed inning). 
  • For Division 3, no new inning can start after 1:30. (Drop Dead 2:00)
  • Saturday’s playoffs are full, 7 inning games with no time limit, subject to the run rule.
Run Rule: 
  • 15 runs after 3 innings
  • 10 runs after 4 innings
  • 8 runs after 5 innings.

  • Teams will bring 3 NFHS game ready baseballs to each contest. 
  • Each team has rotated for one visitors game and one home game on each Thurs and Fri – this has been predetermined. 
  • On Thursday and Friday the visiting team will be in the 3rd base dugout. The only exception is if a team is playing back to back games. 
  • Seeding will determine home team for the Saturday games.
NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS ALLOWED ON ANY FIELD

  • Division 1: The Parks at Texas Star, 1501 S. Pipeline Road, Euless, TX, 76040 and The Player Development Center (PDC): 3200 Meadown Park Drive, Bedford, TX, 76021.
  • Division 2: Cottonwood Park: 605 Lobo Lane, Little Elm, TX. Turf infield, grass outfield.
  • Division 3: Celina Park (all turf): 12670 FM 428, Celina, TX, 75009. There is one grass/dirt field that will be used for three games per day. Metal cleats are allowed on this grass/dirt field.
SW Homeschool Championship T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and merch will be delivered to your field and given to your head coach. 
These were ordered February through March 8th. 

We may have extra T-shirts and the cost is $20.  There are also long-sleeve shirts, crew sweatshirts, dry fit merch, hoodies, etc.
We want to give coaches a chance to see as many of their players compete as possible. 
  • Divisions 1-3 can bat as many as you’d like, and freely substitute. It’s a coach’s decision. 
  • If you play straight up to start the game you cannot change to freely substituting during the game.
COVID policies are unique to each host location. Read the updated signage when you enter the parks and stay up to date on Texas COVID guidelines.
