TACA Storm™ Homeschool Expo 2024 Exhibitor Information

Purchase Homeschool Expo Booth
Thank you for your interest in the TACA Storm™ Baseball Homeschool Expo 2024. All exhibitors will receive the following:
  • Booth space for both the April 14 “Homeschool Night with the Frisco RoughRiders” and the April 15 “Homeschool Baseball Day at Riders Field”
  • The ability to sell goods or services, make contacts and collect leads during the two-day event
  • Your business/organization’s name displayed on the scoreboard screen during the April 14 RoughRiders game
  • Your business/organization’s name, website, and phone number posted on flyers to be handed out during the two-day event
We offer two booth options:
  • Premium Booth - $250 – Covered space located near the front gate, with electricity and wifi. Exhibitors will need to provide their own table or booth structure. There is no need (or room) for a canopy as the space is located under a roof.
  • Standard Booth - $150 – Uncovered space located around the walkway along the outfield, with wifi. Exhibitors will need to provide their own table or booth structure, and may bring a canopy if desired.
Sunday April 14 Exhibitor Schedule:
  • 2:00 p.m. - Exhibitor Arrival & Setup (use the main entrance)
  • 4:05 p.m. – Frisco RoughRiders vs. Corpus Christi Hooks
  • 7:30 p.m. – Ballpark Cleared
Monday April 15 Exhibitor Schedule:
  • 1:00 p.m. - Exhibitor Arrival & Setup (use the main entrance)
  • 2:30 p.m. – Homeschool Expo
  • 6:30 p.m. - Homeschool Spring Baseball Classic Varsity Game
  • 9:30 p.m. – Ballpark Cleared

Registration Notes: The registration site will show dates corresponding with the entire baseball season, and a $0 registration fee, early in the process. Please ignore these dates and fee and proceed. The correct dates will be confirmed, and you will be able to select the type of booth and corresponding cost before submitting payment.

Rainout Policy: In the event of a rainout on April 14, the RoughRiders game and Homeschool Expo will be rescheduled. In the event of a rainout on April 15, we will attempt to reschedule but this is not guaranteed.

Refund Policy: Homeschool Expo booth payments are not refundable.
