Head Varsity Coach

Coach Mike loves baseball but his passion is a ministry and sharing Christ through sports.

2018 led a baseball mission trip to the Dominican Republic where 10 players and family members served people around Santo Domingo and played some very competitive baseball.

Each year his teams volunteer for Operation Christmas Child, help with the Garland Special Needs Baseball League, and pack more than 2,000 meals for “His Refuge” ministry.

2016-2018 Middle School Home School Coaching Record:  42-14

Mike started coaching baseball at age 15 when he was fortunate to be able to lead some of the most successful Little League teams in Albany, Oregon.

For the last 10 years, he’s led the Texas Aces Select baseball organization and has been blessed to be a part of homeschool middle school and junior varsity baseball.

Mike and his wife, MeMe, are parents to five children…their third baby was triplets.

When not on the diamond Coach Mike enjoys Sprint and Ironman distance triathlons.
