If Your Brother Sins Against You

Matthew 18:15-17

15 “If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. 16 But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. 17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.

Issue Resolution Agreement

Never be “Misery looking for company.”  We have one simple rule…when a player or parent has an issue of concern, they are to wait 24-hours, then “APPROACH THE COACH.”  Do not take the issue sideways.  Do no email the Coach a complaint.  The ONLY email to a Coach should be to request a meeting either before or after the next practice or meeting.  Life is tough.  It’s really tough when we do not deal with issues eyeball to eyeball, face to face.  Nothing “Anonymous” will be read or responded to.  Problems arise.  When the do, the only way to resolve them is in person as Scripture commands us.  Sunlight is the best disinfectant in the world.
